Photos straight on
Stand back and shoot the whole wall square, with the light on. Then a close-up of anything cracked, blown or patched.
Say what's next
Painting straight after? Kitchen going in? Ricky can plan the job and the drying time round it.
Sort access early
Reviewers have had work done while they were out or away. Agree keys, water and power before the day.
Walls that need doing? Ring Ricky.
Say which room or wall, roughly how big, and when suits. Or fill in a job sheet and the message writes itself.
